Privacy Policy for HayBlot

Last updated: October 26, 2026

HayBlot is an online card game operated by Movses Dolbakyan, France. This Privacy Policy explains what information HayBlot collects, why it is used, and what choices players have.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, HayBlot may collect:

HayBlot does not directly collect or store complete bank card details. Payments are processed by Google Play on Android and by Apple through the App Store on iPhone and iPad.

2. How we use information

We use this information to:

3. Service providers

HayBlot may share the minimum information necessary with service providers that operate features of the game:

These providers process information under their own privacy policies:

We do not sell players' personal information.

4. Purchases

Virtual chips, gold tokens, VIP passes and other digital items may be offered through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Google or Apple processes the payment and provides HayBlot with the information needed to verify the transaction and deliver the purchased item.

Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

4a. Rewarded ads

On Android and iPhone, players can choose to watch a short ad to receive free chips (up to 3 times a day). Ads are shown only when the player taps the button; HayBlot shows no other ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect the device advertising ID, IP address and information about the ad interaction to show, measure and limit ads, under Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, HayBlot asks for consent through Google's consent form before any ad is requested. Players can change this choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy settings, and can reset or delete the advertising ID in the Android settings. On iPhone and iPad, HayBlot does not ask for permission to track, so the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not shared with Google and ads are not personalised with it.

5. Data storage and retention

Player information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the game, maintain account progress, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and resolve disputes.

When an account is deleted, personal information will be deleted or anonymized unless retaining specific information is required by law, accounting rules, security requirements or fraud prevention.

6. Account and data deletion

Players can delete their account directly in the game: Settings → Delete account (tap twice to confirm). The account, its progress, balances, trophies and its linked Google, Facebook or Apple sign-in are deleted.

Players can also request deletion by e-mail:

hayblot.support@gmail.com

The request should include the player's display name and player ID (shown in Settings), if available. Additional information may be requested to verify that the requester owns the account.

Verified deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days. Deleting an account permanently removes game progress, virtual balances, ratings, gifts and purchase-related game records.

Players who signed in with Facebook can also remove HayBlot from their Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Apps and websites); this stops HayBlot from receiving any further Facebook data. To delete the HayBlot account itself, use the in-game button or the e-mail above.

7. Age requirement

HayBlot is intended for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect information from younger children. If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has used HayBlot, they may contact hayblot.support@gmail.com and the account will be deleted.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect player information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

9. International processing

Service providers used by HayBlot may process information in countries outside the player's country of residence. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for international data transfers.

10. Player rights

Depending on applicable law, players may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of their personal information, or to object to certain processing.

Requests may be sent to hayblot.support@gmail.com.

Players in the European Union may also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority (in France: CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

11. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when HayBlot introduces new features, service providers or legal requirements. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the latest revision became effective.
